Indian Paintbrushes (also known as Castilleja Miniata) grace Texas fields around the same time the ever more popular Bluebonnets start to bloom. As a child I was always more enamored with the Indian Paintbrushes than the Bluebonnets. The flower clusters resemble a paintbrush, lovingly dipped into crimson paint. This illustration was based on a photography I took on a hiking trail in Inks Lake State Park. It remains one of my favorite Texas wildflowers.

This durable vinyl sticker is resistant to scratching, rain & sunlight. It measures approximately 3×3″.
